  13. While I appreciate the praise for the MacApp Condensed Reference, readers
  14. should be aware that it sold out its entire print run within four months of its
  15. publication - approximately April of last year - and has not been reprinted
  16. since.  It is not currently available through either MADA or APDA.  Robin and I
  17. intended to update it to cover 2.0.1, but both of us have been too busy to do
  18. so.
